About the Speakers

Kevin Williams

Production Manager • Liberty University School Of Music

Kevin Williams serves as Production Manager at the Liberty University School Of Music, and has enjoyed helping to prepare future worship leaders for the past 7 years. He graduated from Liberty University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in worship leadership and completed a master's degree in Music and Worship in 2015. He has experience as an audio engineer, keyboardist, programmer, and producer. Kevin is passionate about training the next generation in worship leadership and music production. He lives in Lynchburg with his wife Abby, and his two children, Benjamin and Sarah.

Drew Hester

Business Development Team Lead • Church Gear

Drew has over 15 years of experience as a leader in church production. After studying Music and Worship: Business at Liberty University, he joined the production team at LU. As a Production Lead, Drew led teams of AVL technicians to support production events across campus. Drew has served on production staff and as a volunteer at various churches during his career. He is most passionate about seeing technical staff connect their technical skills to the life change happening in their church communities. Drew now leads the Business Development team at ChurchGear by serving church techs across the nation.
