Effective Teams Built on Clear Culture and Clear Targets

When volunteers understand the purpose behind your targets, they are more likely to aim correctly. When you ask your audio team to keep the mix below 92db, do they understand why? Teams are built through people, not just processes. Culture is built through being, not just doing. Do you have a team of people, or a team that simply follows processes? Do you have a team of beings, or a team of doers? It’s important to have a team of people who feel like they have comfort, connection, and contribution. Church production leaders need to help their teams understand the mission behind their tactics. Learn how to engage your volunteer team and get them to buy into your mission.
